In The Ruins

To some 

if not to many... 

there are pains 

and sorrows 

that lingers...

Grateful are the ones

that have gone 

and stood strong 

through the storms...

But there are those

that were buried

in the darkest ruins...

helps us be freed  from our chains...

it does not come like magic

but it helps our hearts breathe

Sometimes

you just need 

to tell yourself
